OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2010. In August 2010, ROSNO concluded five large property insurance contracts in Moscow for 14,576,411 US dollars in total, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Under the concluded insurance contracts, two apartments located on Davydkovskaya Street have been insured against the full set of risks, covering structural elements, internal furnishing, movable property, and the owner’s civil liability. The insurance amounts under these contracts are 5.8 million US dollars and 5.375 million US dollars.

The apartment located on Bryusov Lane has been insured for 1.28 mln US dollars against all risks. Another apartment located in the same district in Moscow has been insured against the extended set of risks for 1.1 mln. US dollars. The insurance contract concluded by ROSNO covers the apartment’s furnishings, as well as movable property kept therein, and the owner’s civil liability.

This apartment (structural elements and furnishing), located on Stary Tolmachevsky Lane, has been insured with ROSNO for 1.004 mln. US dollars.

All of the abovementioned apartments are privately owned.
