OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2010. FAS Russia is considering a petition of “Borets” Production Company Ltd. (location: build. 6, 4, Skladochnaya St., Moscow, 127018; main activities – production of pumping and compressor equipment) on acquiring 33.868% voting shares of “Centroforce” CJSC (location:11P SR., panel 9, West Industrial Hub, Nizhnevartovsk, the Tyumen region, 628606; main activities – repair of electric submersible equipment), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Under Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, FAS Russia prolonged the period for considering the petition for two months to be able to obtain additional information required to make a decision.

FAS Russia would like to inform that all interested parties can submit to the antimonopoly authority information on the effect of the prospective transaction upon the state of competition.
