OREANDA-NEWS. September 22, 2010. CenterTelecom OJSC announces that its Board of Directors decided to defer consideration of issues related to acquisition of Akado International Limited.

The decision has been made after receiving a letter from Akado's core shareholder Renova Media Enterprises proposing to discuss an alternative deal structure.
