JSC SITRONICS (LSE: SITR), a leading provider of telecommunications, information technology and microelectronic solutions in Russia and the CIS, with a growing presence in other EEMEA emerging markets, today announced that it has established a new subsidiary called LLC SITRONICS-TATARSTAN in Kazan.

The experts of SITRONICS have already been involved in conducting the range of large-scale projects in Tatarstan. The projects comprise implementation of a satellite navigation solution for overground public transportation monitoring for the Ministry of Transportation. Besides, SITRONICS is involved in IPTV system implementation for the leading Tatar telecom operator TatTelecom.

SITRONICS intends to offer self-design products for telecom, oil processing and electric power companies in Tatarstan. The products comprise RFID solutions, OSS/BSS integrated solutions, housing and public utilities billing solution, WiMAX equipment.
