OREANDA-NEWS. September 22, 2010. In the 4th quarter of 2010 TMM Company is planning to put into operation Edelweiss business-class residential complex, the company's project under construction on Olympiyska st in Kharkiv. Currently the facade works, comprising insulation works and painting of the facades, are 70% complete. Brick laying and glazing works have been finished and a tower crane was disassembled in August 2010.

Engineering systems installation works, comprising water supply, sewerage and heating systems and electricity network installation, are approaching completion; a boiler-house mounting is nearing completion. Floor underlayment and wall plastering works in the apartments of the complex are currently 90% complete and finishing works in public areas are in progress. Two elevators have been mounted in the complex with the start-up works of the third elevator currently being in progress. At the end of September, landscaping of the surrounding territory is to be commenced.

TMM Company's Edelweiss business-class residential complex represents a 23-storeyed building with an underground parking for 90 lots and built-in commercial premises. The total area of Edelweiss complex is 21 thousand sq m including: the total area of 118 apartments – 10.5 thousand sq m; the total area of commercial premises – 2.8 thousand sq m. TMM Company acts as an employer, investor and general contractor of the project.
