OREANDA-NEWS. September 22, 2010. An acceptance committee has been set up and started its work at TMM Company's Aviator residential complex, located at 22-28, Komarova ave, Kyiv, due to the construction completion. Under the existing law an inspection by an acceptance committee is to be carried out within 14 days since its creation.

Aviator economy class residential complex is located in Solomensky district of Kyiv near National Aviation University. The residential complex with the total area of 22.8 thousand sq m consists of two 22-storeyed residential sections with an underground parking. TMM Company acted as an investor and general contractor of the project. The construction works were started in 2007. Aviator residential complex is a monolith frame building with ceramic brick walls and warmth-keeping facade systems.

In the 4th quarter of 2010 TMM is also planning to complete the first phase of Sonyachna Brama residential complex, located at 73-79 Lomonosova st, Kyiv and financed by the special-purpose loan of OJSC Oschadbank. The first phase with the total area of 74.2 thousand sq m includes residential buildings with underground parkings and a supermarket. As part of the construction of the 1st phase 80% of facade works have been completed; floor underlayment and wall plastering works are completed in all the apartments; glazing works, engineering systems installation and finishing works in public areas are currently in progress. Around 360 workers are engaged in the construction process daily. The construction works at Sonyachna Brama residential complex are currently on schedule.
