The Baku Stock Exchange reports that the State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of preference registered book-entry shares of OJSC Qafqaz Lizinq.

The issue has state registration number AZ 300100891P. The company can issue 92 shares with par value of 1,000 manats each.

The placement underwriter will be BoB Broker LLC.
