OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2010. The rating agency Expert RA Kazakhstan analyzed managing company Centras Securities  with regard to reliability and quality of its services, and assigned an A+ rating, meaning "Very high level of services' reliability and quality", reported the press-centre of KASE.
 
Investment process high organization and asset management's reasonable efficiency were pointed out as positive factors influencing Centras Securities rating level. In addition, the agency's analysts mention MC's good financial indicators (authorized capital sufficiency ratio = 5.92, ROE = 40%, ROA = 20.9% as of December 31, 2009) and a substantial increase in own resources in the past 2 years (MC's own resources rose 3.4 times for period from March 31, 2008 to March 31, 2010 and made up KZT715.5 mln.).

Centras Securities has a wide customer network, "the company accounts for 15% of all clients-physical persons and 14% of corporate clients in unit investment funds sector", says A. Zhakhin, analyst of Expert RA Kazakhstan.

The agency has also positively appreciated company's high transparency and its active involvement in the professional community.                      

Limiting impact for the rating were company's low presence in investment funds sector (assets under company management make up 2% of the total investment funds market as of March 31, 2010), underdeveloped network (one office in Almaty) and an ill-defined strategy.

Centras Securities is on the market since 2004. Main business includes investment portfolio management, brokerage and financial consultancy. As of March 31, 2010 the value of net assets of unit investment and joint stock investment funds under company management made up KZT5.6 bn.
