OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2010. The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation registered the Order of FAS Russia, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Federal Tariff Service, which approves the composition and Regulations of the work of the Commission for technological connection energy-receiving devices of consumers in Sochi resort to power supply network facilities for XXII Winter Olympic Games and XI Paralympic Games2014, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The Order was issued in follow-up of No.341 Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 15th May 2010.

Deputy Head of FAS Russia Pavel Subbotin is appointed the Commission Chairman. The Commission will also include officers of operating units of FAS Russia, the Ministry of Energy, the Federal Tariff Service, the Sochi City Authority, “Olympstroi” State Committee and “Sochi2014” Steering Committee.

The Commission will give conclusions whether capacity specified in technical connection applications is justified, monitor the applications sequence, the register of applications and concluded contracts for technical connection.

The Commission will also look into disagreements between network organizations and applicants; approve capacity redistribution between Olympic facilities, etc.
