OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2010. The press-service of Central Bank informs that quantity of cash-dispensers in Azerbaijan Republic on 1st of August 2010 was 1809 pieces. In comparison with the same period of last year this index more on a 209 pieces. On 1st of August of current year 1014 cash-dispensers located in Baku, 795 of them in other cities and regions, reported the press-centre of CBA.

In this period the quantity of Pos-terminals in Azerbaijan Republic was 8769. In comparison with the same period of last year this indicator 284 pieces more. At present period 7980 pos-terminals located in Baku city, 789 of them are in other regions.

Payment cards on turnover in Azerbaijan Republic on 1st of August 2010 were 4154 thousand pieces. In comparison with the same period of last year this index more on a 10,4%.
The quantity of bank operations made with payment cards and pos-terminals was 4343 thousand. 95,8% from this was a debit card.
