OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2010. OJSC Uralkali (LSE: URKA) announces admission to the listing of its shares onto quotation list 'B' on MICEX.

The Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (“MICEX”) has decided to admit Uralkali’s shares to be listed onto quotation list 'B'. MICEX concluded that Uralkali has passed all necessary tests and met all applicable requirements in respect of admission to quotation list 'B'.

Uralkali’s shares began trading on the MICEX on November 7, 2007. They will start trading on quotation list 'B' of the MICEX on September 9, 2010.

The state registration number of the relevant shares issued is 1-01-00296-А, with 2,124,390,000 units of ordinary nominal uncertified shares in issue, with a nominal value 0.5 RUR per share.

Uralkali's Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) are listed on the London Stock Exchange.  Uralkali’s shares are also traded on the Russian Trading System.
