OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2010. JSC "The Seventh Continent" (further referred to as the Company), fully repaid 20% from nominal cost of CP-01 series commercial papers in the amount of 628.78 mn. rubles, reported the press-centre of The Seventh Continent.

Also the Company made fifth coupon payment on these commercial papers in the amount of 97.2 mn. rubles. Annual interest coupon rate is 15.5%. According to the terms of issue the coupon is paid every 3 months.

On June 19, 2009, the Company has placed commercial papers raising 5.8 bn. rubles. Commercial papers issue was placed by open subscription on the MICEX, the issue conditions provide principal debt amortization by 20% of par value during the following periods: 364th, 455th, 546th, 637th, 728th day from date of placement, maturity is 2 years.
