OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2010. I.T. Co. became Cisco ATP - Video Surveillance Partner (Cisco authorized technology partner on video surveillance). I.T. Co. can now supply customers with the most popular and modern solutions for creating corporate video surveillance based on IP technologies.

Currently, IP-surveillance is one of the most dynamically developing segments of facility security. Cisco video surveillance solutions, compared with traditional video surveillance systems, is much more competitive – less time is needed for implementation, while ongoing operation allows considerable savings and improved quality of the system as a whole.

To become Cisco ATP - Video Surveillance Partner, I.T. Co. had to comply with a range of mandatory requirements. Firstly, train and certify specialists on Cisco Video Surveillance Manager software and hardware. Secondly, to deploy a special laboratory with a showcase based on Cisco video surveillance solutions (server, cameras, etc.) with opportunity to use it as a platform for exhibiting proposed solutions.

Currently, Cisco Video Surveillance solutions have already found application in several projects implemented by I.T. Co. Thus, for one of the customers a Cisco based physical security (video surveillance) system was provided for their Data Center being deployed in a new building. Another example is the design of a technology surveillance system by I.T. Co. specialists for Boguchany Hydroelectric Power Station (according to preliminary data, the system will merge more than two hundred cameras).

In the future I.T. Co. plans to develop its expertise in Cisco ATP - Video Surveillance Partner specialization, in particular, to create integrated smart video surveillance systems based on Cisco solutions.

Unit recently, I.T. Co., along with its highest partner status of Cisco Gold Certified Partner, owns the following four Cisco specializations:

•         Advanced Wireless LAN Specialization
•         Advanced Security
