OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2010. Nikolay Tolmachov, CEO of TMM Company, is to be a member of the jury of CP AWARDS 2010, National award in real estate. The jury comprises representatives of developers and consulting companies, who can appraise both residential and commercial real estate projects, international specialists that have experience in realizing prominent real estate projects and sufficient competence to assess the activity of their colleagues. Prior to this, Nikolay Tolmachov was a member of the jury of CP AWARDS 2008.

In 2010 the winners will be named in the following categories: "Office Real Estate: Business center 2010", "Commercial Real Estate: Large shopping center 2010", "Commercial Real Estate: Medium shopping center 2010", "Industrial Real Estate: Warehouse 2010", "Hotel Real Estate: Hotel complex 2010," "Residential Real Estate: Residential complex 2010", "Companies: Consultant 2010", "Companies: Developer 2010". The projects of commercial real estate put into operation from 01.01.2009 to 01.01.2010 can participate in the contest.

CP AWARDS is the only national professional award granted for the most significant projects and achievements in the real estate sector of Ukraine. The Awards were founded by Commercial Property magazine.
