EuroChem would like to draw your attention to the fact that ahead of planting season in a number of Asian countries we have identified instances of individuals or companies fraudulently using the name of EuroChem, EuroChem’s plants and top managers.  One such company is Lushbury Chemicals (Ukraine) LTD, which has distributed false letters with counterfeited signatures of EuroChem managers confirming deliveries by EuroChem to international clients.

Russian Federation law enforcement services have been informed of this situation and are investigating the case.
