National Standard Bank to Float Bonds of Series 1 worth RUB 1.5 bn
OREANDA-NEWS. September 16, 2010. National Standard Bank is to place bonds of series 1 worth RUB 1.5 bn. The bond par value is RUB 1, maturity term is 3 years. The securities are to be floated on the MICEX by open subscription.
At the moment, the bank has a RUB 2 bn bond issue in circulation, issued by its subsidiary company, NS Finance, which is to mature in May 2011. National Standard Bank is controlled by Lev Kveton, Alisher Usmanov and Andrei Skoch’s former partner in metal business.
