OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2010. To increase the charter capital in accordance with requirements of legislation and to strengthen the resource base, Turonbank open joint-stock commercial bank made decision on emission of ordinary and privileged nominal non-documentary shares.

The total number of shares made 13 million: 10.41 million ordinary nominal shares and 2.59 million privileged shares.

At that nominal price per share comprises 1,400 soums while aggregate volume of shares issued at the nominal price amounts to 18.2 billion soums.
