OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2010. OJSC Nordea Bank provided a loan of 1.5 billion RUB to OJSC Moscow Heat Distribution Company (MTK), reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.

The loan was issued under an agreement for providing a revolving credit facility dated September 22, 2008. The tenor is three years.

Under the agreement, the loan is unsecured.

The Company will spend the loan on financing the preparation of heat pipelines for the new heating season.

Nordea Bank has cooperated with OJSC MTK since 2008. The Bank has now become one of OJSC MTK’s main partners.
