DCC Amends Special Fee Schedule
OREANDA-NEWS. September 13, 2010. Depository Clearing Company (DCC) herewith informs its Participants on amendment of the Special Fee Schedule applied for interdepository links between DCC and correspondent depositories with effect from September 10, 2010.
The following issuers have been removed from the List:
OJSC Izhmash;
OJSC CB Donkhlebbank.
The aforementioned amendments are due to the shift of registers of these issuers to the registrars which have entered into an agreement on the use of electronic document interchange with DCC (ZAO STATUS Registration Company) and an agreement on provision of transfer-agent services (OOO South Region Registrar).
Thus, as of September 10, 2010 the number of issuers on the Special Fee Schedule is reduced from 9 to 7. DCC seeks to reduce the number of issuers on the Special Fee Schedule by establishing EDI and transfer-agent relations with Russian registrars.
Please check if the issuer is included in the Special Fee Schedule before you submit an instruction to DCC to estimate the cost of executing the instruction beforehand.
