Astana-Nedvizhimost (Astana), with securities listed in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of notice of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) of August 17, 2010, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided document AFS approved the report of offering results of bonds KZP01Y05D295 (KASE official list Non-rated Debt Securities second subcategory; ASNDb2; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; November 14, 08 - November 14, 13, the semi-annual coupon 15.00 % APR; 30/360) of Astana-Nedvizhimost.

According to AFS as of May 13, 2010 were offered 71,512,068 bonds.
