MAG (hereinafter - the Company) duly and in the full volume fulfilled obligations undertook within the bank loan framework agreement #1K107-2006 of June 19, 2006 on the loan amount repayment to ATFBank.

At present, the Company does not have any debt to ATFBank, the Company property is not burdened by ATFBank rights.
