OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2010. The Russian developmental company Moon-Invest has sold the shopping center “Format” located in Mytischi situated near Moscow. As it became known CRE, the buyer was the investment fund Vi Holding.

In the company press release is told that the shopping center market value is about USD 50 ml, however, the exact volume of the investments of the transaction is confidential. In the message is specified that the TC is sold to large investment holding with the Russian capital, but its name isn't disclosed.

One of advisers knows that Vi Holding carried on negotiations on purchasing of this object. However, at that time it was a question of the price approximately USD 1500-2000 for sq m, i.e. about USD 31-42 ml.The total floor space of the shopping center “Format” is 21200 sq m, the leased area is 18 000 sq m. The average base rent rate is 400USD  for sq m a year. Now new proprietors carry on negotiations with a number of large international anchor tenants and are engaged in reconception of the object.

The company Praedium Oncor International is the adviser of the given transaction and represented interests of the proprietor of the assets.
