OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2010. The Government will use every effort to consolidate the rights of investors. Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Borys Kolesnikov said this in an interview after the opening of the XX Economic Forum in Krynica Zdroj (Poland).

"The Government has already done everything possible to liberalize the economy. We only need to achieve parliament’s trust and the signature of the President. And then, we will only consolidate investors’ rights to make European investment feel comfortable in Ukraine. This is our task", said Borys Kolesnikov. The Vice Prime Minister has also stressed that Ukraine has drawn up one of the most liberal Tax Codes in Europe. He said that in the public discussion of this document participated representatives from all sectors of the Ukrainian economy.

According to him, Ukraine will guarantee investors' rights, rights to the inviolability of private property. "Ukraine is open to investment. Everything will depend on cooperation with investors in the real sector", he said.
