OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2010. The Board of Directors of Promsvyazbank has approved  the resignation of Alexander Levkovskiy and simultaneously elected Artem Konstandyan as new President of Promsvyazbank.  The appointment of Mr. Konstandyan has been duly approved by the Central Bank of Russia, reported the press-centre of Promsvyazbank. 

The Board of Directors has also taken a decision to reelect the Management Board of OJSC Promsvyazbank. Artem Konstandyan, President of Promsvyazbank, has been elected as Chairman of the Management Board.

The Management Board will now consist of:

Alexandra Volchenko, Senior Vice President, Head of Finance and Risk
Tatiana Kuzmina, Vice President, Head of Legal Department

Irina Morozova, Chief Accountant, Head of Accounting and Reporting Department
Dmitriy Sennikov, First Vice President
Alexey Fedotkin, Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate banking

Artem Konstandyan has been First Vice President of Promsvyazbank since 2007 being in charge of international business and investment banking. He is also a member of the Management Board of the bank since 2005. Artem Konstandyan joined Promsvyazbank in 2001 and in 2004 he was promoted to Director of International Business Department. Mr. Konstandyan was born in 1974 in Zhukovsky, Moscow Region. He graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation in 1996 and received his Ph.D. in economics in 2000.
