OREANDA-NEWS. September 09, 2010. National Depositary Center, acting as the payment agent for JSC North-West Telecom’s bond issue 4, has paid in full the 15th coupon on the issue, it was announced today. Payment was made on September 09, 2010.

The rate of the 15th coupon is 8.10% per annum, RUR 15.15 having been charged on each bond.

The list of those authorized to get a coupon yield under the bonds was made up as of 03rd September 2010.

The total amount allocated for the 15th coupon payment amounted to RUR 30,300 thousand.

Information on the issue: 4th issue bonds of JSC N.W. Telecom are series 4 documentary interest-bearing bonds payable to the bearer, with mandatory centralized custody. The state registration No. is 4-04-00119-A. Flotation took place through the MICEX stock exchange on 14 Dec., 2006. The issue was worth RUR2 billion, consisting of 2 million bonds with a face value of 1,000 rubles each. The issue’s circulation period is 5 years with the possibility of a pre-term retirement, if OJSC N.W. The coupon yield is paid each quarter. The bonds are listed in the Lombard List of the Central Bank of Russia and are accepted as a guarantee in repo-transactions. They are also listed in the A1 MICEX quotation list.
