As previously informed, by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 26, 2010 to KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category were included bonds KZP01Y07D747 (KZT100, KZT4.0 bn; 7 years; the semi-annual coupon indexed at the inflation rate, 13.00 % APR for the first circulation year; 30/360) of Imstalkon (Almaty), reported the press-centre of KASE.

This Listing Commission decision became effective from September 8, 2010 as the issuer paid KASE listing fees.

The trades opening in mentioned shares on KASE will also be announced additionally.

Registrator Zerde (Almaty) is Imstalkon registrar.

Bonds were assigned the abbreviation (trading code) IMSKb3
