OREANDA-NEWS. September 09, 2010. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) forwarded the recommended Rules to manufacturers and consumers of potassium chloride for further руководства in their economic activities, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The Rules were discussed at the meetings organized by the Antimonopoly Service, which included producers of potassium chloride, producers of complex mineral fertilizers – consumers of potassium chloride, and the Russian Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

Comprehensive discussions enabled to elaborate the basic principles of non-discriminatory access to purchasing of potassium chloride supplied to producers of complex mineral fertilizers.

The Rules are aimed at protecting competition and providing effective regulation of the market of potassium chloride as well as creating conditions for efficient market performance.
