OREANDA-NEWS. September 08, 2010. The security officers of Public Company ORLEN Lietuva detected an illegal tap into the product pipeline Ilukste – Ventspils in Rokishkis District.

The employees of ORLEN Lietuva found a hose prepared for potential theft of the product. The evidence is no evidence that the theft of diesel fuel has occurred. After the initial inspection of the illegal tap location, the damage to the environment has not been reported.

The size of the damage made to ORLEN Lietuva in association with the pipeline repairs is under determination.
