OREANDA-NEWS. September 08, 2010. Nordea Group has signed an agreement for opening a credit facility of 150 mln USD with LUKOIL Finance Ltd, a subsidiary of OJSC LUKOIL, reported the press-centre of Nordea Group.

The tenor of the facility is one year.

Under the loan agreement, the facility is secured with OJSC LUKOIL’s guarantee.

The Borrower intends to spend the loan on general corporate purposes.

Nordea Group has cooperated with OJSC LUKOIL since 2008. In May 2008 Nordea Bank AB (publ) became one of the banks that issued LUKOIL Finance Ltd a sundicated loan totalling one billion USD.

In August 2009 OJSC Nordea Bank took part in a club deal for providing finance to OJSC LUKOIL. The deal totalled 1.2 billion USD.
