OREANDA-NEWS. September 08, 2010. ROSNO’s Yamalo-Nenets branch has concluded a contract with the Noyabrsk Municipal Physical Training and Sports Department for provision of insurance coverage of civil liability for damage inflicted to life, health or property of third parties in course of public events, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insured accident is constituted by emergence of the insurant’s liability to reimburse the damage inflicted to life, health or property of third parties under the following circumstances: unintentional negligence in preparation (including installation of necessary equipment) and holding of the event; negligence in technical maintenance, withdrawal of equipment and cleaning of the territory where the event is held; and other reasons contemplated by the RF laws.

ROSNO’s liability limit per one insured accident is 100,000 roubles.

The insurance contract will remain effective for the duration of the championship.
