OREANDA-NEWS. September 7, 2010. Dmitriy Medvedev, the President of the Russian Federation, adopted the list of the Consulting Scientific Council of the "Foundation for Development of the Center for Research and Commercialization of the New Technologies". This is non commercial organization, adopted in the frames of the project for Skolkovo innovation center creation, the target of which is reaching the society useful results in the sphere of innovation development.

Gennadiy Krasnikov, the General Director for JSC NIIME and Mikron, head of SITRONICS Microelectonics business direction, academician of RAS, was elected in the Council of the Foundation.

In general the Council is consisted of 25 persons. Among them are the famous foreign and Russian scientists. Russian representatives include Evgeniy Velekhov, the President of the Kurchatov Institute, Evgeniy Kasperskiy, the founder of "Kasperskiy Laboratory", Igor Fedorov, the President of Bauman MGTU and others. Zhores Alferov, Nobel laureate and RAS Vice-president, and Roger Kornberg, the Professor of Stanford University, became the co-chairman of the Council.
