OREANDA-NEWS. September 07, 2010. RusHydro BoD has approved the creation of an affiliate that is to be involved in the implementation of foreign projects. The new company, named RusHydro International, is to be a 100% subsidiary of RusHydro. The charter capital of RusHydro International should total EUR 1 mn, with the par value of each share set at EUR 1.

The company is to be registered in the Netherlands. RusHydro International’s mission is to invest in foreign hydro-generation projects while at the initial development stages, implement world best practices in construction and operation of hydro facilities, promote services of RusHydro’s R&D and scientific subdivisions, and aid Russian exporters of hydro-generation equipment.
