OREANDA-NEWS. September 07, 2010. The Government will propose the Parliament to consider the Tax Code as soon as possible. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said this today at a press conference devoted to the presentation of the Government's draft Tax Code.

"Me and all my colleagues - members of the Government, members of our faction - would persistently convince the Parliament consider it [the Tax Code] as soon as possible, as carefully as possible", emphasized Mykola Azarov.

The Prime Minister said that the State budget for 2011 should be built on a new tax base that "from 1 January 2011 new stimulus principles of the tax system start to operate - this is our principled position".
