IDGC of North-West Expects Significant Growth of Connections
OREANDA-NEWS. September 06, 2010. The company will develop an automated accounting system, which will allow to trace EC expenses interactively and thus will exclude manual insertion of data in several information systems.
The meeting of IDGC of North-West's specialists was held in Syktyvkar on the basis of the branch "Komienergo". It was devoted to the further automation of the engineering connection process.
According to the estimates of IDGC of North-West's specialists, a significant growth of applications for engineering connection from the industrial enterprises is to be expected as from 2011 owing to a reduction in the EC payment amount.
Representatives of IDGC of North-West are sure that control over performance of engineering connection agreements should be strengthened because the engineering connection deadlines for preferential categories of applicants were reduced and the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Prosecutor's Office pay close attention to the process of compliance by monopolies with the legislative acts.
The issues of improvement of the engineering connection automation system were also discussed by the specialists within the framework of a two-day meeting in Syktyvkar. The meeting addressed variants of automation of actual expenses accounting and control over stages of engineering connection agreements performance, and the ways of solution of the of problem of receiving less income than one is due in the process of engineering connection of preferential categories of consumers.
According to the estimates of the chief of IDGC of North-West's engineering connection department Alexey Shmyrin, "bringing this data in compliance with the book keeping accounts will allow us to exclude manual transfer of data from one system to another, to exclude the human errors from this process, to rely completely on the received information and to use it in the work".
