OREANDA-NEWS. September 06, 2010. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) received a petition of “Tatneft” OJSC (named after V.Shashin) on acquiring the rights that allow determining the conditions of entrepreneurial activity of “Tatex” CJSC, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Tatneft” OJSC (named after V.Shashin):

Location: 75, Lenina St., Almetyevsk, the Republic of Tatarstan, 423450.

Main activities: exploration, drilling and development of oil-and gas and bitumen fields as well as fields of widespread mineral resources, fresh and mineral underground water; production of oil and gas, bitumen, fresh and mineral water, other mineral resources, their transportation, processing and sales.

“Tatex” CJSC:

Location: 116, Mayakovskogo St., Almetyevsk, the Republic of Tatarstan, 423450.

Main activities: geological survey, including exploration and evaluation of oil deposits; exploration and production of crude oil and oil gas; wholesale trade in other liquid and gaseous fuel.

In order to additionally examine the petition and obtain additional information FAS Russia has extended the period for consideration of the petition in accordance with Clause 2 Part 2 and Part 3 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006.
