OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2010. The government will submit the State Budget for 2011 to the Verkhovna Rada before September 15. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this, opening the meeting of the Government.

"I am convinced that the next year's budget, which project is to be submitted before September 15 to the Verkhovna Rada, is to become the resources for the reform program "Ukraine for the people"", emphasized Mykola Azarov.

The Prime Minister also believes that the main document of the country should be based on the Tax Code, which the state did not have until now.

However, Mykola Azarov has noted that we have to understand: we only have public finances renovation, the failures repairing remained from the previous Government. "Ahead we have the real building of financially strong, stable country. This largely depends on what kind of a State budget for the next year the Government will prepare".
