OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2010. The 8th International Banking Forum “Banks of Russia – 21st century”, arranged by the Association of Regional Banks of Russia, will be held in Sochi on 1-5 September 2010. In the framework of this forum the following events will take place: the 7th Conference “Banks in the post-crisis economy: Russia and international practice”, round tables to discuss banking problems as well as a working meeting of members of the International Coordination Council of Banking Associations of the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe. Investtradebank traditionally acts as a partner of the Forum, reported the press-centre of Investtradebank.

The Sochi banking summits are remarkable events in the Russian financial business, so they deserve attention of the banking community, authorities and mass media. Investtradebank will be represented in the International Forum by Mikhail Pavlov, Advisor of the Chairman of the Bank’s Managing Board.

The key subjects for discussions at the meetings will be the increasing role of credit organizations in strengthening and modernization of the Russian economy as well as the range of problems connected to post-crisis development of the Russian financial sector.
