The Telephone Bank of AS “PrivatBank” enables the customers to execute financial operations determined by the Bank with the funds available in the accounts, as well as conclude transactions with the Bank via fixed or mobile telephone, reported the press-centre of PrivatBank.

The range of possibilities offered is indeed impressive – our customers can make transfers, replenish deposits, replenish accounts, apply for Regular Payment service, apply for Direct Debit service or pay bills, moreover, there is no need to come to the bank to use them. Applying for the Telephone Bank is free, and the fees applicable are very appealing.

The Telephone Bank services are available dialling the toll-free telephone number 80000212 during the Bank's business days from 9:00 to 18:00.

In order to start using the Telephone Bank, you need to open a current or card account at AS “PrivatBank” and apply for a remote account management tool: Privat24EU with a code card or Digipass device. In case you have already been provided with the password for receipt of information via telephone and with the code card/ Digipass device, you can start using the Telephone Bank services to the full extent already now.
 
The Telephone Bank is as safe as the Internet bank, however it can be employed at places with no Internet connection, too.
