OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2010. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) received a petition of “Vladgorelektroset” Municipal Unitary Enterprise, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.  

The subject of the transaction – transferring by “Vladgorelektroset” Municipal Unitary Enterprise (registered address: 38b, Tchaikovsky St., Vladimir, Vladimir region, the Russian Federation, 600015; actual address: 38b, Tchaikovsky St., Vladimir, Vladimir region, the Russian Federation, 600015; main activities – exercising the functions of a customer of various works, including: maintenance, reconstruction, adjustment and repair of networks, equipment and operation mode of the systems of electric power supply and exterior lighting, household electrification) the main assets, which constitute 100% of the own capital of “Vladgorelektroset”, to “VOEK” OJSC (registered address: 39, Bolshaya Moskovskaya St., Vladimir, the Russian Federation, 600000; actual address: 38b, Tchaikovsky St., Vladimir, Vladimir region, the Russian Federation, 600015; main activities – transmitting electric power) for use.

In order to additionally examine the petition and obtain additional information, under Clause 3 Article 7 of No.147-FZ Federal Law “On Natural Monopolies” of 17th August 1995, FAS Russia has extended the period for considering the petition by one month as it has been established that the petitioned transaction can result in restricting competition.

Interested persons can present information about the effect of the transaction upon the state of competition to the antimonopoly authority.
