To make the system available, each meter of the river of Yenisei was measured from Abakan to Igarka. Special attention was paid to the section close to Abakan and Sayanogorsk. It is planned to deliver equipment for Sayano-Shushenskaya hydro electrical station here in the nearest future, so it was necessary to get information about the state of the river.
