OREANDA-NEWS. September 02, 2010. To support the national machinery for the agricultural sector the Ministry of Industrial Policy will prolong a relevant program until 2015. Deputy Minister of Industrial Policy Volodymyr Sachenko said this at a briefing at the Government’s House.

According to him, effective term of the Tractor Industry Development Programme in Ukraine on the basis of OJSC "Kharkiv Tractor Plant" in 2007-2010 will be extended until 2015. The main purpose of the program, besides the support of the domestic machinery sector, is the preservation of jobs.

Volodymyr Sachenko has noted that the program for 2011 provides a production increase at the Kharkiv Tractor Plant. "If this program is performed for three years - Kharkiv tractor will start working", he said.
