OREANDA-NEWS. September 1, 2010. Ukrainian government has issued the last fourth tranche of VAT bonds worth UAH 6.0bn, Ministry of Finance announced August, 31. 

Millennium Capital considers this news as positive for VAT bonds. Ukrainian government has beat the target time limits set for September and issued the whole amount of UAH 16.4bn within August. The supply of VAT bonds is ample now that should trigger higher yields for investors.
