OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2010. Ukrainian government has issued the third tranche of VAT bonds worth UAH 8.3bn, the Ministry of Finance announced Aug 30. About 117 taxpayers eligible for refund were included in the list of the third tranche.

Millennium Capital deems this news as positive for VAT bonds. The government keeps up to the schedule given that in August the Ministry has already issued nearly 66% of the entire amount of VAT bonds and we expect that the rest to be issued in September.
