OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2010.  The issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of “Azerbaijan Investment Company” OJSC,  registered by the State Committee for Securities, discloses details step by step.

The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) informed,  according to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at BSE. Underwriter is “BoB Broker” LLC.

State registration number of the issue is AZ100100654P. The issue volume is AZN 70 million (quantity of shares  is 700,000 with par value of by AZN 100 each).

“Those intending to purchase shares can apply to an organization being the member of BSE and having a brokerage license,” it was informed.

Presently, charter capital of AIC totals AZN 90 million and was paid in full at the expense of funds of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ).
