August 31, 2010.  ZAO Depository Clearing Company (ZAO DCC) herewith informs its Participants that users of the DCC-Info System may now inspect the information on the issuers of the Republic of Belarus and their securities to the extent that is being disclosed by the Securities Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus.

This was implemented as a part of an agreement for information cooperation between DCC and the Republican Unitary Entity Republican Central Securities Depository (Republic of Belarus). The purpose of the agreement is information support of the Russian and Belarus Stock Markets.

The information on the issuers of the Republic of Belarus may be viewed at the web-site of ZAO DCC www.dcc.ru, chose Section DCC-Info Query, and chose the Republic of Belarus in the field “in country”.
