Vladivostok Air Passed IOSA Audit
OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2010. Vladivostok Air airline has confirmed the membership in IATA, having passed audit on standards compliance of operational safety IOSA.
It became a peculiar gift for the company employees on the celebrating date of 60 anniversary of foundation Russian engineering-aviation service.
On August 19–20, 2010 the chairman of audit group Teo Ozdner has spent the final stage of the airline conformity inspection to IATA requirements. It is already the second obligatory and successful passage of audit for Vladivostok Air as member of IATA.
Vladivostok Air thoroughly was going to pass again so difficult and responsible inspection on conformity to the international standards. "In this question operational safety standards were the ground document for us, — said Gennady Belousov, the deputy general director, the chief of flight safety and quality inspection. Every airline employee understands that the main thing in our work is maintenance of the guaranteed safety flights execution level".
Saying goodbye to the airline, Teo Ozdner has noticed that level of operational safety in Vladivostok Air OJSC is at high level that the passed audit has confirmed.
Reference: Vladivostok Air is the largest air carrier in the Russian Far East with the air fleet including Airbus А330, Tu-204-300, Airbus А320, Tu-154 М, Yak-40, Mi-8. From 2004 the airline is a full member of International Air Transport Association (IATA).
