Rakurs Shipped Thermal Control System for Krasnoyarskaya HPP
OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2010. SPC "Rakurs" produced and shipped the thermal control system of hydrogenerator 2G and smooth-start system for Krasnoyarskaya HPP.
The thermal control system is intended for the continuous automatic control of technological parametres of the hydrogenerator, reporting of data on display and printing devices to the operator-technologist, formation of signals about deflection of technological parametres from the preset values in the alarm system.
The thermal control system case includes:
Programmable controller. The controller program is developed by means of package CX-Programmer v8.3 of Omron company.
Industrial terminal. The program for the industrial terminal is executed by means of the software package for NS-terminals programming NS-Designer v3.111 of company OMRON.
Discrete signals input modules.
Discrete signals output modules.
Complete set of measuring converters of the data gathering system (CCD) for reception of signals from temperature sensors.
Secondary power supply.
The basic device included in the thermal control system is a programmable controller which consists of processor module, power module, communication module, complete set of input/output blocks and profile bus.
The data gathering system (CCD) is intended for precision measurements of signals from thermoresistance, transformation of the received data to temperature or current value and delivery of the results in PLC on demand. The data gathering system (CCD) is connected with PLC by RS-232 interface.
Signals from the sensors located on the hydrogenerator according to the project are transferred to the input modules of the data gathering system (CCD). PLC processor receives signals from input modules, processes them and thus estimates a current condition of the object.
Modules of a secondary supply are used to supply the input and output chains of the controller modules. Input and output chains of the controller modules are separated with its internal chains by fibre optic decoupling.
The industrial terminal is intended for display and input of the information by means of the pseudo-touch keys displayed on the screen. The terminal is connected to the controller port by means of RS-232 interface.
