OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2010. In course of construction of the first stage of Sonyachna Brama residential complex at 73-79, Lomonosova st, Kyiv TMM Company has finished works on wall plastering in apartments and public premises of a 19-storeyed building N8. Prior to this, the same scope of works was completed in a 13-storeyed building N4 and a 10-storeyed building N5. Wall plastering and underlayment of floors in all buildings of the first stage of the complex are to be finished by September 2010. As part of external finishing scope of works, insulation and painting of the facades are currently underway in buildings N1, N2 and N8 and have been completed in buildings N4 and N5.

Construction works at Sonyachna Brama residential complex are being performed according to the approved schedule. Currently around 360 workers are engaged in the construction process on the site daily. The first stage of Sonyachna Brama residential complex is scheduled for completion in 4th quarter of 2010. As reported earlier, in March 2010 TMM received confirmation of financing from OJSC "Oschadbank" for completion of the 1st stage of Sonyachna Brama complex in 2010.

Residential and office complex Sonyachna Brama, located at 73-79 Lomonosova st, Kyiv, is the largest TMM's project under construction. The complex with an enclosed infrastructure includes 16 buildings: 14 residential and 2 office centers. The total area of the complex is 234 thousand sq m.  The completion of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th stages is scheduled for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 respectively.
