OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2010. Bonus payments to mark the Oil and Gas Worker’s Day will be paid to TNK-BP’s staff in the regions soon, reported the press-centre of TNK-BP.

These payments are part of the company’s overall compensation program, which also includes participation by all employees in the annual bonus scheme and annual salary review.

Compensation itself is part of the Total Incentive provided by the company to his employees, including social benefits and guarantees, development and training, recognition and awards schemes, corporate culture, safe and comfortable working environment and work-life balance.
