OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2010. There are plans to build 168 motorway service outlets in Belarus in 2011-2015. The decision is laid down by the strategy meant to develop Belarus’ transit potential in 2011-2015. The strategy has been approved by Council of Ministers resolution #1181 of August 9.

In line with the document the number of motorway service outlets will increase by 168 in 2011-2015. 25 refueling stations will be built along with 60 automobile service stations, 16 motels, 42 catering outlets and 25 recreation lots. In 2015 earnings from the services the motorway service outlets are supposed to provide will increase 80% as against 2010 to a total of USD 1.217 million.
